The hotel is clean, which is my most important criteria. The pool was heated, and the breakfast was as advertised. However, the service is slow, and the TVs didn't work. I'm writing this as I wait in a check out line that no one is helping. Let's just say, this review could be a lot longer.

Pretty typical Holiday Inn Express. Nothing fancy. Could us some maintenance on the exterior of property and a little on the inside as well. Fairy Clean over all.

My main complaint is the room was not clean! Walked into a big sticky stain on carpet. The tile floor was so dirty that the white towel was black when I cleaned in myself. At check-in, they said there would be no maid service for our two days
