Stopped in with a low tire, hoping to use their air to air it up. Instead, they offered to check it for me, found a screw, patched it, aired the tire up, and I was on my way 15 minutes later.

Just the nicest people, I came in close to closing time because of just getting off work and weather with a tire that kept loosing air. They stayed late to fix it and had me on my way. Most places would have said to come back the next day, but Hill’s really do treat you like they would want to be treated! Thanks

I have been going to Hillis for over 20 years. Jeff has always been there for me when things were tough with my vehicle. The last time I pulled in at 4:35 on a Friday and my truck was miss firing on number 2, he got the coil pack replaced and had me on the road by 5.
Excellent service. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Not great at a diagnosisMy son brought his Toyota there and left with more problems than he started with. Instead of looking at the code and trying to diagnose what would cause it, they started changing out spark plugs (not with the recommended OEM spark plugs either), They have now got his car to throw different codes, which tells me they did not take it for a drive to confirm they fixed the issue. I feel bad, since I am the one who recommended them. That was based on a friend's recommendation from 10 years ago. I guess the times have changed!
