No communication and even when you leave your phone number after they promise to fix it while you wait it was 5 hours later when I finally stopped by to check on the progress and the manager was sitting in the office on the computer surfing the internet and just offered a lame excuse of I forgot to call you but never apologized...A business is no better than its manager and the number one key is to value your customers' TIME!!!

They have a driver in a large wrecker type vehicle less than a car length away from the vehicle in front of them. This is at speeds of over 50 on a highway.
