One star for annoying store policy asking people for their phone number. Today a lady cashier pushing for a phone number, name and email to check out. She’s new because the store doesn’t require all of that information to shop. The last thing you want to do is annoy customers. We should all stop shopping there unless they quit asking for our phone numbers. People change phone numbers all the time so what’s the point?

Got what I wanted plus some other items I couldn't pass up because I know the future will require them (experience is the best teacher).
The store was busy, but that's fine by me, I can see what others are purchasing and get ideas!
Can't beat the prices and the staff is great.

Went hear to buy a propane blow torch to kill some weeds. The staff was very helpful in helping me find it. It's hard to Walk out of the store without buying something The prices are that good.

This place either needs new management with better organizational skills or it needs a sister store here in town. I’m seriously sick and tired of replacing my tools from here with snapon tools just because I can’t warranty anything when everything is always out of stock. I’ve never been able to go into that store 1 time without asking an employee to go look in the back and look for an item which usually takes 15-30 minutes and 75% of the time they don’t have it. And then I have to drive an hour to the next closest town with a harbor freight. And somehow that harbor freight always has fully stocked shelves they know what’s in the back room they can usually tell me if they have it or not within 5-10 minutes tops. I should not get 2 totally different experiences at the same company. This is the reason that this week all of my sockets and ratches will become snap-on. I’m tired of poor quality tools breaking and then not even being able to use the life-time warranty to get new ones. Ridiculous.

Went there yesterday 5 minutes till close, I needed something that was on the front wall. I was greeted by a older lady who held the door closed with her arm, looked at me and looked at her phone and shook her head "no" at me. I took my business elsewhere, I've never in my life have had a store or restaurant ever hold there door shut before close and then shake their head at me and a group of other customers. Leave it to poor management and poor leadership at Harbor Freight to be more worried about going home then taking care of their customers. I am a store manager and I can't tell you how many nights I've had customers in my store after close, none of my staff would ever even think about holding the door shut on customers before closing time. 0/10 experience and 10/10 disrespectful and unprofessional. At a certain age you would think someone would be mature enough to respect their stores hours.

Just went there to try to pick up tools needed for a project. I was stopped by someone at the door physically holding it closed, saying they were closed even though it was before the posted closing time. Guess I'll go to one of their competitors instead, since Harbor Frieght doesn't want my sales. I'm sure their corporate would love to hear they're missing out on sales because they're closing before their posted hours.

Maby not the highest quality tools that you could buy, however, they seem to do the job they were intended to do. They could use a bit more staff it seems, as there is a line to get to the cashier. A basic directory would be greatly appreciated as well Because the staff that is there are busy it can be challenging to find the right place for the tool you need. Overall worth the inconveniences. I recommend.

Sold me a broken cordless wrench will not warranty it or return it. Tina the manager is unwilling to work with anyone. Call customer service they said it was at managers discretion I've spent so much money with these people and now I have a $58 paper weight. ??

They got a lot of fairly nice equipment. People wanna rag on them but they're actually not a bad store for some okay tools
