“I had been looking all over town for slabs of meat ribs for the Super Bowl, and they luckily had them. Staff is knowledgeable, and lots of extra stuff to buy - cheese, snack sticks, etc.”
“This is my favorite Trader Joe's because it has a large parking lot and is close to Ravenswood, which takes me directly home.
The selection of fresh food is pretty good, and the prices are better than those of competitors.
However, there are two issues that Trader Joe’s hasn't resolved:
1. Add filtered water machines so customers fill their containers
2. Stop selling plastic bottles that contaminate the environment, causing microplastics now found in human organs.

“I had never known this grocery store existed downtown. It is very neat and clean and has a nice variety of groceries/sundries to choose from. It is a little pricey, but that is to be expected with the convenience of downtown.”

“Tons of international ingredients and kitchen tools/utensils that can be hard to find in conventional stores. Polite staff is always helpful. I shop a few times a month, and there are gluten-free items!”
“The prices here are higher than other grocery stores, but this is such a cute clean store with an amazing selection of things like meat and cheeses that it's worth it. I went there looking for items for a meat and cheese tray, and I found lots of different items to choose from. And of course, I came home with a few other things too. My husband was impressed with the mushroom and olive bar.”

“Great store, clean and well stocked. I love that they always have the specialty ingredients we need like coconut milk without guar gum!
The meat department is a little lacking, I wish there were more cuts available. The produce is usually in good condition, but there's less variety than I'd like.
All in all, we always come here first for groceries, but we usually have to stop at a store with a full meat department for some of our meat.

“Nice little family-oriented store with a variety of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern goods. Found some Turkish coffee, regular and novelty pastas, green olives, and pickled peppers. They have a large assortment of teas.”

“Prices on meat are always better than Walmart also the store brand Chios are good and cheaper. They also have better prices on can goods. And produce always last longer from here for me compared to Walmart. But cleaning stuff and animal food and paper product I would not buy here if tour looking to sage money. They also always put a sale add out. Love that.”

“It is the first time I was in this store, and surprisingly found that it was opened 11 years ago. A lot of meat products, cheese from Ukraine, ketchup, mayonnaise, candy, bread and dry/smoked fish. Well presented, well managed.”

I caught a few things on sale and they have a nicely expanded dollar item section that I think has better items in it versus Dollar Tree.I'll be back very soon!Oh and the cashier woman was very nice and pleasant!”

“I have to color in all the stars yellow for this Russ now that I understand better the way stars work in Reviews. This is the number one best grocerie shop in town due to abililty to walk there, by me, from my home. My car is left at a parking lot, far from home, due to events of the Fazoli and Goodwill area of town, which my other reveiews can tell you, I dont have the car to drive it, maybe Never again. But this store, Russ, it is Making Going There Easy For Me. People are not crying about being in a line. We are just wainting patiently! The time goes by so fast. But if it goes slow a that;s when I am getting to be alive for longer......A Trick I Play Upon God In Heaven! Thanks to Russses. My angels are laughing and I am. Ha, ha, ha. The only bad part, is I am always seeing a person I know, and I need to hide from them, I stay away from the Pea isle even if I only need to buy the Pea, due to hiding from a person.
