I called this location a couple times. The first time it went to voicemail. I called again because what I needed was urgent, someone on the line picked up and immediately hung up. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They do not care about their customers.

the staff is nice, but I mainly use the ATM, which is so ancient it barely runs. Always has troubles reading my card, and when it does, it takes forever for the system to respond to execute the transaction

Account hacked in Nov and Dec! Took till April to clear up...created problems with bounced payments, lower credit limit, they changed my account to a minimum balance with fees account!

This bank has repeatedly made mistakes with my account. I deposited cash to make a payment and had them verify my account and routing number for a payment I needed to make. Turns out they verified the wrong numbers and put the money in a different account. They still went ahead and charged me for overdraft. It's also worth mentioning that when I created the account I had overdraft protection. The information security is also weak. I've gotten numerous malicious texts with information obtained through great western. The bank informed it's customers that they had been hacked, ensured that they are taking care of the situation, and to not respond to any malicious emails/texts with our information. This bank is by far the worst I have had experience with. If possible, I strongly recommend finding another bank and closing accounts with Great Western. Very dissatisfied with their handling of my personal financials.

Welcome to Tier One, I mean Great Western Bank!! Home of the surprise fees. We'll charge you $7.50 because we don't bother to make sure the information you give us is entered completely in the system, because the .55 cent stamp set us back $6.95. When Great Western took over from Tier One we were informed that nothing would change. That Great Western is a small town bank based on small town principles. What has happened is nothing more than additional fees, upon additional fees.
