If I could give zero stars I would. Suppose to have had paycheck directly deposited today and am told they are having ACH issues and have no idea when the problem will be fixed. So at no fault of my OWN BUT THE BANKS I get to tell all the bills I'm sorry I can pay today bc of the bank and get slapped with 40 late fees. And the automate payments that comes out I get over draft fees AGAIN AT NO FAULT OF MY OWN!!! Will be changing banks on Tuesday since interstate bank not open over weekends and Monday a holiday. Thanks for nothing

I was already very unhappy with this transition but I've learned in this month that this new bank loooooves overdraft fees. You're not supposed to be able to spend money you don't have unless it's a credit card but they let it happen to steal more money from you. Don't use this bank. I'm already shopping around for new ones.

Tried to call First Interstate Bank. The Automated phone system is pathetic!!! Could not reach anyone. Kept sending me in circles then disconnects!! Finally got thru after 4 tries. Then I was on hold for 35 minutes? Always had good service with Great western then they changed to First Interstate Bank. My routing number changed without notice. Time for a new bank.

This bank is terrible. You can deposit your checks but can not get cash back or withdrawal any amount of money for the first 30 days, which is very inconvenient if you just moved to a new town.
