The tellers at this branch are very kind and helpful but one of the personal bankers is rude in my opinion. 1st interstate bank is the worst bank ever with lousy security and rude personal bankers. Glad my account here is closed good riddance

The same woman helped me 3 times in the past week, all with different issues that I had. She was so kind and professional, I believe her name was Jasmine, sorry if that's incorrect, but I really wanted her to know how much I appreciated her kindness, and she obviously knows her stuff. Give this lady a raise!

The staff is very upbeat and friendly. Opened an account with Makayla and she was very knowledgeable and helped determine which account was best for me! She made my bank experience one of the best compared to others banks I have been too.
