The tellers at this branch are very kind and helpful but one of the personal bankers is rude in my opinion. 1st interstate bank is the worst bank ever with lousy security and rude personal bankers. Glad my account here is closed good riddance

The same woman helped me 3 times in the past week, all with different issues that I had. She was so kind and professional, I believe her name was Jasmine, sorry if that's incorrect, but I really wanted her to know how much I appreciated her kindness, and she obviously knows her stuff. Give this lady a raise!
