I sent you a request for a base for my tree hopefully painted with a light kit. Imagine my surprise when the mold came to at all what I was looking for. I had sent you all my information on what I needed pictures and measurements.also I emailed you about the problem and got no response. So unfortunately I am writing you a terrible review. I am now a own of a mold I have absolutely no use for and No Base for my beautiful ceramic Christmas tree. Thanks for the expensive mold that I will never use and actually can’t find anyone that will use it to make the base I actually need. . Jean Halko

Glaser has been great every time I've been in. They have so much knowledge and are happy to share it without making one feel inferior. I've gotten clay and slip here for years and it's always been great quality. They have a wide variety of tools and glazes for affordable prices and if there's something you want from their product lines and they don't have it they will happily order it in for you.

Wow, what a neat place! We drove up from Kansas City to check out the store. Read previous reviews and were completely satisfied with the "over the top" service we received! We are new to the ceramics world and are hungry for information and knowledge. We were treated very respectfully and felt completely welcome here. Jackie and Marilyn were very helpful and eager to share their knowledge and experience. So much to learn it makes my head spin! I wish I lived closer. This is a busy place this time of year but they took time to patiently answer my questions and offer recommendations and advice. We had a fun visit to the site but it's probably better to order items on line. We ordered items previously on line, but since we're newbies we wanted to see this in person. Thank to the staff for making us feel welcome and providing excellent customer service! We will order from this site again and recommend your business.

I am a new customer at Glaser Ceramic Supply. I have ordered products from these folks a few times. Their customer service is great!! I have called in a couple of times to ask some questions and customer service representative- Marilyn was the person that I spoke to. She is amazing!! She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very personable!! I had placed an order for my elderly Aunt that is in her late eighties. My Aunt was confused about the packing slip that she had received. I had placed a call in to Glaser and reached Marilyn. I was thrilled once again to be speaking to her. Very much to my surprise, Marilyn and Glaser had already taken care of the confusion regarding my elderly Aunt. Marilyn and the Glaser company are truly a shining example of what ''great customer service'' is all about!! If Glaser has an employee recognition program, I would like to have Marilyn recognized! Keep up the great work everyone.

Marilyn called me and personally took time to take my order and advise me about shipping cost and time over the phone. It was great to talk to a real person and know what I'd be getting. I can tell they take pride in customer service. I was worried about having what I needed in time for a school art project, and Marilyn got it to me right in time! THANK YOU so much, Marilyn and Glaser Ceramics for saving our school ceramics day!! EXCELLENT product as well! Very detailed and well done ceramic pieces. Love them! Will order again!!

I drive from Omaha, this is a shipping warehouse with the floor open to walk ins. The staff is always busy but the moment I ask a question one of them will stop and help me as if they had nothing to do but help in store customers.I recommend you go to the site and pick out what you want and go in with the list (if you are a walk in). This is nothing against them because like I mentioned this is a shipping warehouse that mostly deals with online orders. Organization caters more to them pulling items off shelves for shipping than what you would expect from a retailer.Their prices are great, friendly staff and great selection!

Great company!! Very helpful for years now! Has far more than they can put in a catalog! Perfect for beginning ceramics supplies, experienced painters, crafters, or large stores. They travel so they maybe in your area where you can get items without shipping charges. Love all of them but especially Marilyn!!

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered 2 gallons of slip from them. Having never ordered it before, I didn’t realize it came in a flimsy plastic bag inside an even flimsier cardboard box. When it arrived, the box was ripped down one side. I brought it in the house and opened it. Well, guess what? Slip came flowing out all over my floor! Called the company and spoke to a manager. I received a credit on my card for the purchase and a huge giggle from the manager. I really didn’t think it was funny. She didn’t have to clean up the mess!
