A great pharmacy. Great employees. They deliver your meds to your home for free. And most importantly, I think anyway, is if you don’t have insurance they will only charge you what they paid for the meds. I couldn’t afford it otherwise. Thanks to them!!

You rarely hear the good about someone who has gone above and beyond. Typically reviews are negative for a variety of reasons. I was referred to Genoa by my family physician. He said they were the best pharmacy in Lincoln. I was prescribed a medication that was not covered by my medical insurance, but was found to be significantly cheaper at Genoa, but still un-affordable during the Covid-19 pandemic. My health insurance company ended up sending me a letter knowing my request to have the medication covered was denied. End of story. WRONG!! Pam, a pharmacist at Genoa, kept on working on this for me for the better part of a month. I figured it was a done deal, and moved on to try other methods to control my issue. Pam called out of the blue weeks later and said she had been working on this, and ended up getting it covered. I was stunned that someone put in that much time in, to help someone she knows very little about, with a prescription issue. My old pharmacy, yes, past tense, didn't even try to get anything done. Pam went so far above and beyond for me, she restored my faith in humanity, as she didn't have to do anything at all for me. She cared, and was determined to get this done. New customer for life! Thank you Genoa, but mostly, thank you Pam! Your the best pharmacist I've ever dealt with. Word of mouth is the best advertisement for any business, and believe me, I will refer business to Genoa.

Every single Pharmacy Tech and employee at Genoa is extremely kind, caring and pleasant. They follow-up and are very thorough, and their Rx prices are the lowest I've ever seen. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
