We came in on a mission to find the best bed quickly. Jeffrey listened to what our problem was with our current mattress and helped us determine what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and performed a test to determine if the mattress had the correct support for each of us. He was not pushy and just gave us facts. Thank you Jeffrey! Chris greeted me when I entered the store and began talking to myself and my personal car. I have a physical disability that required me to have my son-in-law help me check out beds mattresses that I was interested in by taking me out of my power wheelchair and placing me on the beds. Chris spoke to me directly, which is often not the case in a variety of retail environments. He was very willing and never indicated any ill thoughts or weirdness in my request. He dealt with me as a typical customer with great respect eye contact, and it made me very comfortable about something I had never done before. I would absolutely purchase anything from him in any retail environment again!!
