This was our first time going to Fleet Feet. I was getting shoes for my daughter who is starting cross country. The sales rep was so patient, knowledgeable and informative. We left there knowing we got the best shoes for my daughter.

our daughter was looking for a new pair of shoes that would work with her orthotics and shank following ankle surgery. the person who helped us (nikki) was a surgical nurse who was very patitent, understanding and helpful. we asked a lot of questions, and she gave us several shoe options to try on, as well as suggesting we talk to our orthopedist about some issues. we felt very heard and left convinced that we made the best purchase for our situation. this experience showed us how fleet feet is better than other shoe stores for its customer service.

Came in a little reluctant but at the behest of the wife, who thought our aging frames needed better footwear for our first trip as a family to Disney later this year. So...we went and I thought they did a great job of giving us a full evaluation of what would make for the best fit for our feet. Riley, the sales associate got the scan results and quickly showed us a number of options, and I feel I got the shoes and orthotics that I needed, and in a very timely manner. Would recommend, thanks!

The service was great! They explained everything in detail, asked questions about a variety of things, and brought out several pairs of shoes to make sure I was getting the best shoe for my feet. Overall, an excellent experience!
