As long as you 1) look up what this group of people teaches, 2) compare that to precisely what God says, and 3) don’t make the same mistake Eve made with the serpent’s subtle and not so subtle deviations from what God really said, you should be alright. But if you don’t know what God really said, I suggest you study the Bible while all the time asking the Holy Spirit to lead you, before your shadow darkens the doorway of this place, nice music or otherwise.

Love the sermons, music, and activities that First Plymouth offers! Paying off medical debt for struggling families shows that they are a loving, caring church!

If I were able to give ZERO stars, I most definitely would. I have been looking online through different churches in Lincoln to find one to call home when my family and I move, and I come across this church. Under the "who are we" section, they completely reduce Jesus as to someone they perceive as "love" and everything else- not even acknowledging His Sovereignty ! They even go on to say, that they DO NOT believe that Jesus is the only way to God! I dont know what kind of God they serve, or which Jesus they are talking about because there is only ONE way to the God that i serve, and that is through Jesus Christ. I would be very careful going to a church like this. The spirit operating in that church cannot be the Holy Spirit! Jesus is King, and the ONLY way to the Father is through the Son. you can not tell me That man saying Jesus aint the only way to God doesnt sound like a lie straight from the pits of hell! Repent!

The carillon and the players are amazing. I'm not an member of the congregation but I live very close. Listening to the carillon being performed is the highlight of my day.A couple days ago there was a piece that was just so beautiful it moved me.I wish there was a list online that listed the pieces that are played with credit for the performers as well.Im not a religious person but this brings the essence of God into my life and for that I am grateful.

First couple of visits here I thought we found a church that was actually Christian, one that doesn't totally ignore what Jesus taught, really tough to find here. Today's service makes me think jimmy keck & the church are miss-representing themselves a bit. Perhaps a wealthy member that makes big donations needs to be appeased. From my experience PhD's should be avoided as much as possible, they may be quite impressive personally when they want to be, but their self-image and self-importance in relation to others is very often really messed up. We just wanted to go to a church where my elderly mother could take communion, that didn't turn my stomach too much with their self-righteousness. Denying an elderly great-grandmother during her last years, of being able to go to a church for communion is pretty deplorable. By saying "Denying" I mean indirectly by being so stomach turning (objectionable) for me.Oh, I seriously doubt that God is going favor people by status or education. If I had known that this was the Acklie family's church I wouldn't have visited in the first place. I say that because I have previous experience with them, I'm nearly positive that Holly Acklie falsely accused me of something I didn't do and of course being Duane's spoiled baby girl, she knew she would be believed. I doubt she will ever grow up enough to admit she lied, right Holly?
