Walked in asked if had certain pair shoes I was looking for and guy laughed and just walked away and went to counter where other employees were standing around and all laughing and doing nothing! I will not return there!

My boyfriend and I stopped by the store today because he wanted to buy some new shoes. He was looking at a pair of sneakers for me and as soon as we walked away from them, the stubby girl with the bad bangs that was working decided to take the other sneaker to the pair we were looking at as if we were going to steal the sneakers. I’ve been a loyal customer and have purchased SEVERAL items from JD since they opened. Mind you, the shoes were ONLY $115. The men are always helpful and I’ve never had an issue until today. Giving it 2 stars because the men that work here are good with customer service. Probably won’t be shopping here anymore.

Went to the one in Omaha and in Lincoln….will never purchase anything from their stores. Service was terrible at both places.

Customer service in this store is horrible!! 1st off couldn't get anyone to help us for a while then when they did help the associate acted as if we we a bother. Much more but don't want to go on & on. Went to Foot Locker, got the shoes 10 mins til close and associates we kind and helpful. I will pay more for better customer service any day!

Poor attitude from the store assistants. Asked for the other pair of shoe that I wanted to try on. Refused to give it me. Behaved as if I am interested in taking off with their shoes without paying. Who will be that crazy about the poor shoe collection that they’ve got with the unnecessary high pricing. Strongly not recommended.

Worst customer service ever “little homies” were rude and not helpful, they were closed all day on a Sunday during holidays and didn’t open till 6:00pm the manager was cocky and hella arrogant and wouldn’t look anything up just yelled at other employees to do something instead of helping customers was to worried about getting a cookie at cookie company after being open for just 5 mins!

Worst customer service by every worker in the store on September 9, 2023. The positive is they were able to provide the perfect example to my teenager the type of worker you must NEVER be…it was so ridiculous all we could do was laugh when we left the store…so thanks I guess

I would've given them 5 stars but when I came to purchase those shoes and I ask for a size 10 in the shoe this young man told me that it only came in a 9 1/2 and that he knew because he checked this morning when he got to work so I asked another salesperson could she go check for me in the back and she brought the size 10 right out I wish I would've gotten her name because she was a big help and I really appreciate her helping me out so much.

My boyfriend loves this place, so we stopped in one day. I happened to be on the phone when one of the employees approached us. I didn't hear what he was saying, so I lowered my phone and apologized (I assumed he was trying to ask if we needed help). He said "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to him." Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Never want to go back.

Absolute trash customer service. Stood there with my daughter holding two pairs of shoes and 3 employees walked right by us and looked but did not say a word. Finally, I asked for some assistance and was told no the other employee can help me (the other employee who was talking to another customer). I watched as he stood there and I said "oh are you busy?" He then walked to the back. Walked out and you lost about $300 in sales. I will never go back. Really unfortunate that staff lack the soft skills to keep a good thing going. Would highly suggest vetting your staff or doing some serious retraining if simple customer service is lacking for a shoe store position. Good luck profiting with disrespect running your business.

I came to buy some shoes for my kids and the young lady that was working was very rude and when i asked for shoe she wouldnt get it for me saying it would not fit then i asked for another shoe she would not go get it and ignored me
