We had an issue sending a package with their computer system and the employe helped me do it on my phone. I'd give a 1 star to their junk system but 5 star to their employees! I guess their computer system sucks and my phone is better. LOL. Everyone was very nice and they agree the system is jank. Be sure to bring your phone. They are nice!

Please change your hours on the web. It said your open till 6. I had 1 foot in the door at 4:01 and was asked to leave cause they close at 4 on Sundays.

Customer service was great! I had to print a return form and I was able to email the form for them to print with such ease. Not only were they patient with me but super kind. I got a decent rate for shipping halfway across the country. Thanks FedEx!

Went to this location on Sunday the door and online said that this location was open so I drove all the way acrossed town to go here supposed to be open tell 6 I was there by 430 and they were closed
