Terrible customer service. Called from the parking lot to request assistance with matching parts, as the store is closed to walk ins, was refused any service. would not recommend.

We switched from 5 different vendors and went completely to fastenal. Prices are great, quality of product is great, and Yancy is great! He's friendly, honest, fast and fair. Perfect customer service!
