Fairways at Lincoln is a resort-style, pet-friendly apartment community located north of Downtown Lincoln. It offers 1-2 bedroom apartments with full-size washers and dryers and stunning views. Residents love the apartment quality for the price and find the management awesome and understanding, with maintenance staff that is quick, super friendly, and fixes things immediately. Many feel it is like a family and would recommend it. Some reviews note occasional delays with repairs but confirm the team works with residents. A concern mentioned is about some residents not leashing their dogs. The location provides easy access to city attractions.

With the continued raise in rent it would be great to see better utilization of the current employees. There are issues that are never addressed yet there employees with idle time.

Golf discount??, pool and a 24 hour fitness center. Been here for awhile now and have not had any issues.
