Communication was not good. I had to initiate all conversations related to when my vehicle would be ready. The day it was supposed to be done, I called and was told they would call me back. I didn't get a call back. I text and called again. I was finally told it "should be" done by the end of the day. I got a call back with only 1.5hrs left before the shop closed that it was done. They were nice when I interacted with them but you can tell they are short staffed.
Repair was good but not sure I would recommend.

Totally focused on a superior customer experience. Explained everything about repairs in detail. Kept me informed every step of the way. Completely handled my insurance claim. Immaculate facility. Very helpful people. Could not be more pleased.

Fabulous Experiene! I went to Eustis because of its convenient location in Southeast Lincoln and first impressions of its clean, well-kept facilities. I will return for future service because of the professionalism and high-quality craftsmanship.

The crew at the 48th Street shop were so great to work with after my son was in an accident. I had to make all arrangements while living 2 hours away and greatly appreciate Deb and others who helped us navigate through a challenging situation. I am a loyal customer of the Kearney store and it was comforting to experience the same care and customer service in Lincoln.

They deserve the 5 stars. They repaired and fixed my car to look brand new again. Everyone there was amazing and great to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a body shop to repair their vehicle.

It is a very wonderful experience to know one of the original owners of this company, and then choose to take my vehicle there to get fixed. Overall, very professional, very clean facility. The team was able to handle me coming in at last minute to pick up my car, and was able to get my vehicle to me in a timely manner.

We’ve had multiple experiences with Eustis and are always pleased. Their efficient repair of our van's sliding door was impressive, and the complimentary loaner van was so helpful. As a mom of three kids in car seats, the convenience provided during the month our van was in the shop was invaluable. We also had to have our lift gate and bumper repaired due to another accident. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and the van is good as new! The staff's professionalism and attention to customer needs exceeded our expectations. There was constant communication about our van’s finish date, which I much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Pro - Very friendly personnel, clean facilities, very good work, and a free loaner.
Con - Need better communication between business and customer when there is a delay in the repairs. The delays via text is not sufficient enough, verbal communication as to what the delay is would be better.

Very happy with Eustis. They did a great job, were very professional, and worked well with my insurance. The only drawback was the wait to get in, which reflects the demand for their services! Getting the car back so nicely detailed was amazing!
