They are really kind and communicative. I appreciate their quoting and documentation system. They aren't expensive, but they aren't cheap - they charge a reasonable price for quality work. They will level with you and help you make decisions depending on your goals with your vehicle. I trust them to advise, at least far as I could throw them. More than you can say about a lot of shops. I been down to my bottom dollar paying for stuff I don't need on a niche vehicle because I don't have any other option before, and that's not what's happening here. Some others take advantage of the opportunity to do a little extra work here and there, or do less work and make more money by replacing "the whole thing" instead of a small component of a part that takes more time but costs less, and I don't get the impression they're out to take advantage of anyone or they are lazy. They are thorough as you want them to be and put things in terms you can understand, meeting you where you are at. Overall, glad I chose them. Here's to hoping we retain each others' trust, because I will be back! Shoutout JT and the rest of the nice dudes around there.

My first visit is today, so I will have to reflect more later. What I can say now is that JT talked me through the change in ownership and their mechanical and customer service goals. He must have given me 30 minutes of his time a week before i came in for my first appointment. So, I am impressed with the service so far in that regard. More to follow once I have more experience. Just an oil change today...

These guys are seriously the best. I’d been taking my BMWs to ONYX in Omaha for brake service and oil changes — European Auto Repair costs me about half as much, with none of the slimy dealership residue. One of two repair shops in the Lincoln area that I feel I can completely trust. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
