Purchased a couch and was told it was the highest quality. Still paying it off and it squeaks when I sit on the chaise. Called Ernies for warranty repair and was told I had to pay for sending it back for repair. Told them I didn't want to pay for a repair for a 'high quality' couch that I'm still paying off and be without a couch for a few months as an added 'bonus'. Left a message for the owner to give them a chance to make it right but never heard back.

We ordered a bedroom set on February 19th and were told receipt could take up to eight weeks. The bed, dresser, and mattress were delivered on May 2nd only after multiple calls by us. two night stands still have not been delivered as of this date, June 17th. Worst customer service experience I have had. They have never called us with any updates. We have had to call them and they never have any idea what the status of the order is and seem completely indifferent to finding out. Suggest you take your business elsewhere or only buy what they have on hand.

Well whatever you do here, do NOT do business with the manager Lee! What an arrogant p r I c k! Called them for the first time to do business and Lee took no longer than two minutes in irritating me to the point I wouldn't do business with this store if it was free! I called the Ceresco store and found the people to be extremely friendly and professional. I should have called the Ceresco store to begin with.

Lee was super helpful. We hadn’t gotten a new mattress in 23 years so we we’re very naive. He not only showed us how each mattress worked with our spine, He also had a nice cooling mattress for me, sorry hubby you’ll have to wear flannel pjs but I’ll sleep like a baby

We just received our new Stearns & Foster Bed and had it delivered and installed by an excellent crew. The service experienced from sales, scheduling and delivery & installation really exemplified outstanding Customer Service. Thanx for putting the service back into Customer Service

Took getting the owner involved to process our return. Store employees claimed it was policy not to do returns but the terms and conditions said otherwise.

My wife & I needed to purchase a new bed. We did shop around. We've bought furniture from Ernie's in Ceresco & thought we'd try the Lincoln store. What a delightful time Jeanie was so helpful & very knowledgeable of beds & every thing you need. Jeanie knew exactly what bed we needed & made our purchase very easy with no hassles. Excellent job Jeanie!!

Buying a mattress at Ernie's Mattress 1st on Yankee Hill in Lincoln is one of the best purchases I have ever made. After a short break in period my sleep has improved amazingly! I am so comfortable on my bed now and I just love it. Lee was as much a mattress advisor as a salesman and I couldn't be happier. I have the best mattress of my life and I did not have to buy a high-end item, it's just a good item from a proven manufacturer and I went with it on the great advise I got purchasing at Ernie's.

Very disappointed! Lee, our sales person was great. When our bed was delivered it looked so much smaller than our previous queen (and without the brackets for headboard) we questioned the size. Our queen sheets don’t even fit. More like a double. We inquired tonight about changing for a king. Even though we had the protective mattress pad the cost difference is $1,400. REALLY???I’ve bought lots of things from Earnie’s before but probably my last purchase.

I am only giving a 3 because it seems no one there can run a computer and tell me where the furniture I ordered is. I am told to talk to my salesperson but he never answers or calls back. pretty shoddy service after a $2000.00 purchase. This review may be change to a 1 if i do not hear from them soon.
