The lab lady who works here thinks it's acceptable to be rude to the people she serves. It's not. CHI needs to make corrective action.

Very rude fromt desk lady. I called because i was lost and she didnt know where the main road was. Came in and wasnt even talked to. Was standing at the desk and she walked away. When i was ask how long of a wait it would be she told me .as soon as she gets to it.
