The technician said to give him a few minutes and true to his word within no time he was back. The phone was clean and the sound was like new and when I asked how much I owed he said nothing. “Customer service at this location is excellent. I was happy that they had an OEM replacement battery for my iRobot. The website explicitly says "top of the line OEM" but it is NOT OEM. The manager at the store told me that they don't have any OEM for iRobot and suggested that I contact the corporate office about the incorrect info on the website. I will most definitely do so. I could have purchased directly from iRobot for the same cost but since this store showed that they had OEM in stock, I went with the quickest option. The battery works, but I've heard stories about how they don't last unless they're OEM. I'll wait and see.”

They identified that the back camera was also not working and called and asked me if I’d like them to fix that also and again provided the exact amount it would cost.
