Tried to get assistance and told by associates they would return. Over half hour and ignored. Better service at 48th Street store by far

Your disregard for my repeated inquiries regarding the tree planting is completely unprofessional. I have called daily, all day, for over a month, and not once has anyone answered or returned my messages. Kyle's single voicemail is insufficient, and my attempts to reach him have been met with silence. This lack of communication is unacceptable and I demand immediate resolution to this matter.

This late afternoon, the employees went above and beyond !!
They helped my grandsons and I find the perfect pumpkin plant!
But more importantly, they called a locksmith for this gramma when she accidentally locked her keys, phone and wallet in the vehicle!! ?
Thank you so much !!
We'll be back for sure!! ?

Since moving to the Wedgewood neighborhood 5 years ago now...Earl May's has been my go to for all my gardening needs. Their plants are always healthy and guaranteed. they also have a unique selection of houseplants. I also like that if you purchase a house plant and planter, they will repot it for free with the right soil blend appropriate for the plant. I was recently helped by an employee by the name of Paige, who I bothered with a question while she was occupied with another task. She happily stopped what she was doing and proceeded to assist me with questions regarding some of their stocked houseplants. When I had a question that she wasn't able to answer, she asked for assistance from another employee named Sean who was was able to assist me. I wanted to shine light on this specific interaction because at the time, the store was very busy. Both of the employees that I interacted with were in cheerful moods and the communication between Paige and Sean (who I eventually found out is the store manager) was very professional considering the stress in the store at the time. Not once did I feel rushed during my interaction and I got all the answers plus more that I needed. I will continue to use this store location as my default for all of my garden/landscaping materials and needs.

Great stuff. Solid selection of all sorts of things. The help is very knowledgeable. The prices are, however, a bit high across the board.

I've been an Earl May customer for decades. They have quality plants and supplies. If I ever need a question answered or a guarantee honored, I can just show up and there is always a knowledgeable staff person available to help.

My go-to store for annuals, perennials, potting soil, plant and garden treatments, and potting essentials. They also have trees, mulch, patio furniture, and yard art.

Purchased two Perennials with a $50 gift card. The gift card was given to purchase a plant in memory of a passing relative. This following year the plants never returned leaving a bare area in our flower bed. Since this was a gift card, had no receipt. The clerk doing her job advised she could not provide a replacement without a receipt. In place of the original area, planted some begonias for $2.99 from a big box store. Will no longer shops this location.
