It was a very good experience at the dealership. Our salesman Brett did a great job helping us. The parts area got us a back seat cover to protect it from our dog. Katy in service was great and installed our trailer hitch and wiring. Ryan really helped us with the lease and old car payoff. It’s a nice clean dealership that’s close to home. We love all the safety features at a low price.

2023 Crosstrek bought new from dealer. Quick service. I just wish they'd have warned me that the oil change was not covered. $200 to do their inspection, fix a tire, and change oil was a little bit of a "surprise".

We were interested in new vehicles, and were recommended to meet with Kurt at DuTeau. We were not disappointed at all, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, helped us make a decision. Once we had our new vehicles, he assisted us to help set up technology and made sure we were completely happy as we left. I would definitely go back to DuTeau Subaru for any next car!

I am not very happy with my experience at the dealership. I Have a warranty through CarMax that allows me to go to whatever Maint facility I want for repairs. It was $50 more to go to Subaru then one of their preferred maintenance partners.
I decided to go with Subaru because it was more convenient(Location), But the repair was for an air conditioning compressor that went out on a 2020 legacy and they have none in stock so I’m waiting for the parts to be delivered
It’s been four days and the temperatures are in the 100’s Today. Lesson learned if you have the opportunity to take your vehicle to a different dealership for maintenance I would do so.
