They have over promised and under delivered at every step. We have been trying to resolve a simple matter for over 3 months and are no closer and more frustrated than ever. Communication has been abysmal. 1 star is too many.

We had DTX come install a new projector, speakers, screen, etc. They were knowledgable and professional. Aside from some supply chain issues that delayed our install, everything went smoothly. They gave us a great price on some real nice equipment. The install looks clean and professional. They are great guys.

In this day and age, it is tough to find someone that is knowledgeable or helpful unless they are helping themselves, especially in Lincoln, Nebraska, AKA J*** Water City. I spent several hours with DTX learning the possibilities of audio then years later made my purchase. This business is probably one of the best sources in the US. Experts and musicians that focus on what you want to do at any cost or budget. I challenge you to find another business that is more knowledgeable, more helpful, or more reasonably priced!

They were as inexpensive as anywhere in the United States on some new Bowers and Wilkins equipment. With that being said I blew a woofer a few weeks after buying a floor model and they were lightning fast with the warranty repair. I do not post great reviews sparingly so I mean what I say. Enjoy!
