My husband and I often shop at the store location at the Edgewood Plaza on 56th Street in Lincoln, NE and twice recently, my husband, a trans man with a visible beard, has been intentionally referred to as "ma'am" or "lady". Not only is this disrespectful as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, but it reflects poorly on store standards and hiring practices. Both instances of misgendering were corrected with no apology issued. And another heads up, customers can hear the employees arguing in the back rooms through the doors, most of which is highly inappropriate behavior. Overall, I'm disappointed in this store's lack of awareness.

Everyone in this store has a huge attitude problem. It's crazy to me that an entire staff can be so rude. Don't ask for help, don't ask for a manager, hope to God you don't have a problem at the register! I wouldn't shop here if I had a choice but I'm poor and I ride the bus so YAY!

The store itself is great and has many options of things to choose from and is usually tidy and kept. Some of the lady employees were talking very loudly by the front about another employee they did not like and how this person needs to be fired. I understand some work conflicts but do it in the back maybe and not by the cash registers. It's unprofessional.

I was in your store on Sunday, August 27th about 10 am. The elderly gentleman at the cashier was the kindest, most personal individual I have encountered at a retail establishment in a long time. He was helpful and made eye contact! What a nice surprise!

This Dollar Tree is the best in Lincoln. Everything is so organized and clean no matter what time of day it is. Victoria the manager and staff do such a great job. If Dollar Tree Inc. is looking for a model store for their other stores to look up to, this location would be it.

Not consistent with store hours. Door and website says opens at 8 no other signs but it's closed at 830. Members of management talk very poorly to their workers when I've been here in the pat. Just take the trip to Walmart at this point.
