I don't know if i've ever more rude employees. Especially the female employees. a simple transaction of returning a pair of cleats apparantly warrants an attitude. This is the worst sporting goods store I have ever been to. I will go anywhere else before I ever go to a Dick's Sporting Goods again. You are not above CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do better Dick's

They have a deeper selection of shoes than the outlet stores in Gretna! The place is clean and well organized. Very impressiveThe employees & location manager should be proud!

Mediocre service no one really wants to see if you need assistance, seems to me like they never really have exactly what I'm looking for. Overall a decent sporting chain but not my first pick!

Horrible customer experience. Disrectful employee. I wanted to contribute to local brick and mortar companies but maybe I will stay with Scheels or purchase online. This is just my personal experience I'm sure they have many exceptional employees but one bad apple ruins the whole bunch in business.
