I took my ring in to be re-sized and a new center blue topaz replaced. They way the center stone was placed originally didn't show off the stone the best nor did it provide a secure hold. Darrold recommended resetting the stone a different way. It came out beautifully! It looked the way it should have from the beginning. The cost was pretty far above what I thought it should have been, but I was so happy with the end result, It was worth it!

I went in for a custom engagement ring and Darold absolutely knocked it out of the park! He took a lot of time to understand what my fiancé was looking for and made notes about all the special considerations. When he first showed me the finished ring it made me tear up because it was absolutely perfect!

Darold's was awesome! I had an 11-year-old engagement ring that had gotten so beaten up, another big store in town told me there was no salvaging it. Darold's not only got it back to original condition, but they did so much faster than they promised initially so I can enjoy it through the holidays. My ring looks gorgeous again, and they also gave me some tips on how to protect it better. Highly recommend!

Was in search for a proposal ring box with a light in it. The one I purchased online might not make it in on time. Darold sold me a broken one for $25 which I believe is way over priced. I have purchased multiple light ring boxes online brand new that look way fancier and brighter. All around $10 including shipping. Since I was in a bind I did end up purchasing it but did feel taken advantage of. If I didn't plan on proposing this week I wouldn't have purchased it from this store. I'm from a small town and my small town businesses would have done something like this for free.

Using Darold’s was the best decision ever! The staff are so professional and helpful. Darold explained everything to me at length, in order to provide the best and most ethical service available.
