Recently bought the only dirt jumper they had. I was harvesting when I bought the bike so I couldn’t ride it. I ride the bike one time and it broke on me. My axle is stripped and the tensioner broke. There’s a 5day return on the receipt that nobody told me about when I bought the bike. Should I have read it yea. But did I think it was gonna be such a problem no. I took the bike in to cycle works. They can’t find the axle. So they want to replace the whole wheel. Frankly that’s not what I want. I want what I had before. Anyways. Bikes been in there for a week already and nothing. I’m pretty PO’d I spent 800 dollars on a POs bike they can’t get parts for. They won’t give me a differant bike or my money bike. The bike BRAND NEW WITH THE STICKERS. Redicucous

I was in town for Gravel Worlds and had an issue with my brakes. They took my bike in right away and spent an hour to fix it and only charged me $20 + plus parts. Great friendly staff!

Fixed a flat on my jaison ebike for 26$ went back and got slime put in that tire! Their integrity is impressive cause I paid for the slime service since there was a ticket on my bike mistakenly thinking it was done when it wasn't. They could have said nothing and I wouldn't have ever known but they called me back to make sure the service I paid for was provided! Now that's a good bike shop!

The pros: The shop is very well stocked and clean. The mechanics are nice (today was my third visit to the store) It has a great collection of bikes and accessories.
The cons: The salesperson was nice, but he was very pushy. I looked at two bikes, one with a medium-size frame and a small-size frame (both with 26' wheels). I tried the small one and I said that I was afraid it was too small for me. He said he would make modifications to it (I was fine with that). He tried to extend the handle bars, but it was still too small. My feet kept hitting the wheel. I asked for a medium-sized, the salesperson said "There aren't any with the same quality. You won't want to go backwards on it" (or something along these lines). He said he would make more adjustments. After that, I tried it again and my foot kept hitting the front wheel (even when I am NOT pedaling with my heels), that is when I realized that I needed a medium-size frame. I hear from the salesperson: """You will get used to it""" (and did not show alternative options). I also asked about suspensions, expecting that he would maybe show me a medium-size bike with suspensions before I make my decision. Instead he said that I won't need it because the carbon forks will absorb some of the impact. I didn't want to argue about it, so I proceeded with the purchase.
Bottom line, I needed a medium-size frame fat-tire bike with suspensions. I ended up taking home a small-size bike with no suspensions. While I was riding it back home, my foot hit the wheel and I almost fell off the bike. I don't feel like riding it again. I regret not being insistent about my needs.
-----------
Edit (7/27/2024 1PM): I went to the store again today and explained that I needed a medium-size frame. I even pointed to Trek's website that says that the small-size frame is suitable for people who are up to 5"5' (I am 5"7'). The salesperson insisted again and tried to talk me out of the medium-size frame. After some discussion, he let me try the medium-size. And YES, the medium-size was perfect for me. He is working on it and it seems that he is trying to make things right. (Edited the review from 2 stars to 3 stars).
------------------
Edit (7/27/2024 4PM): I got the new bike. I am happy with the purchase now. Unfortunately I couldn't get the suspension (the only one available did not fit the bike). But I appreciate that they took care of the product exchange. I rode the for five minutes and noticed a funny noise from the rear wheel. Then I saw that the rear wheel was rubbing the frame. I took it to another bike shop closer to me they fixed it.

Stopped in for a relatively minor service need today. A young man named Ashton in the shop area helped me. He couldn't have been more polite, helpful and professional. Really - he not only got me what I needed, but his customer service skills were exemplary - so hard to find these days! Kinda too bad....but this kind of help is so unusual...that it really stood out to me! Thanks Ashton! Joe Bath

My experience in the store was nice. The staff was available when I needed assistance and the store was clean. The negative experience has to do with the product purchased and a lack of visible signage indicating problems with a product.
I Bought an on sale pair of cycling shoes here. After getting the shoes home and examining them closer, I noticed that they were mismatched in sizing. I returned to the store where they informed me that the shoes were labeled as mismatched and there are no refunds. The store showed me the “mismatched label” on the shoe tag. It was simply “43,44” in small black writing written on the back of the price tag. I checked the sale table I picked the shoes from, and of the 10+ pairs available, not a single other shoe had a discrepancy in sizing.
Due to the “43,44” notice being very easy to miss, and with no other shoes on the sale rack sharing the same issue to help raise awareness that the store is selling mismatched sized shoes at a discount, I feel that the store should have brought to the customers attention the sizing discrepancy prior to sale and confirmed acceptance, or offered a refund on the purchase.

I bought my bike here and service it here, too. I've always had great interactions with the staff. The bike races they put on are a lot of fun! I've only had one interaction with staff that was not pleasant when he said, "no offense, but your bike needs a good wash." I knew that was the case and wash it once a week. But I travel gravel roads and sidewalks to bike the hour to work and the hour back. Overall, I am not going to let that one employee ruin this shop for me. You'll still catch me wandering their store, participating in their races, and sending them business!

I previously wrote a review about how I brought in an old bike to be fixed up. They did nothing to it and proceeded to charge me 50 dollars. UPDATE: I asked for a refund. I did not get it. I filed a complaint with my bank only for them to fight the complaint. These people really are something.

Walked in with my bike asking the guy with the beard and glasses if I could possibly get a brake put on my bike. I had my bike with me in the store. Guy told me take it back to the mechanic’s. So I do and nothing! Not a “well or someone will be with you” just stood there and stared at me. Stood there bout 10 minutes and nothing. Same as last time. I’ll never come back in here again. Not used to black people maybe?

I paid the store about 50 dollars (54 technically) to tune up an old bike. It was rough and riding it felt like crawling through mud. They promised to "have it running like new" (yes, that's what they literally said) the next day and so I left the bike there overnight and came by the next day. To my chagrin, the bike rode exactly the same as when I brought it there. They didn't even replace the missing screw under the seat. They, quite possibly, left the bike on the rack overnight without even touching it and then charged me 50 bucks to, I dunno, babysit it or something. Thank God I brought it in during a tune up sale or else they'd of charged me 100 bucks for this. Needless to say, you should probably go to another store.
