I usually live this pharmacy but they don't read when someone needs their medicine. I put in a request yesterday to have my meds refilled. Today they didn't. They said they didn't call my doctor. They told me to call him. I told them it was closed. She said Go to the emergency room. I said I'm not going to do that. Did you not get the message for the request yesterday? She claimed she didn't. That's a bold dog face lie. I swear they just don't want to do their jobs. Unless you call them they won't fill it. God. Liars. I'm switching. Thank s for my medication withdrawals. I was counting on you. Horrible horrible horrible.

I have a prescription I pick up every three months and the cashiers in the pharmacy and everyone else working is always in such a bad mood. I wanted to get set up for texts today and the lady who was helping me seemed annoyed and yelled at the cashier who handed me my prescription. She very snottily said “Gimme that.” I was going to talk to the front cashier but they had a line and I didn’t want to cause conflict. I will be switching pharmacies though since I feel like an annoyance.

We waited in the drive through lane for forty minutes only to be told they were out of a generic allergy medicine during allergy season.

Very disappointed with animated version of CVS. I couldnt pick up pills, they suggested delivery for $7.50....they MAILED my pills. I could have had someone actually "deliver" them...instead I paid for mailing them. Very frustrating!

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your prescription even after you were told it was ready.

I don't leave reviews often, but I've spent 2 weeks trying to order my migraine prevention injection. I've been told multiple times it was ordered and would be in - over the weekend was again told they don't have it and would be here today. Apparently it wasn't ordered and now being told tomorrow. Trying to transfer script to a different pharmacy and I finally had to contact my doctor to send a new script elsewhere because CVS refuses to cooperate and has been nothing short of rude. Can you do anything else for me? Silly question when you haven't done anything else. So, maybe just learn to do your job first.

NIGHTMARE. ABSOLUTE REFUSAL OF CVS TO SCHEDULE A SIMPLE BADLY NEEDED COVID BOOSTER FOR ME.1) I spent all of my time and energy TRYING TO schedule a Covid Vaccine Online. Then after all of that-CVS gave me an nonsensical error message that said, "We are sorry but the information you requested cannot be provided." And that was it. And no way to get this scheduled Online. And Yes, I have a secure connection. I entered all my information including my Insurance information. Plus, I scheduled a Time and Date. Then CVS gave me an ERROR MESSAGE :(2) I then called the local store. A robot man's voice told me to "say what you are calling about". I said, "Schedule a Covid Vaccine". The Male Robot said-"Can you try saying that another way?". The Male Robot seemed to be arguing with me. It was nearly impossible to get through to an actual person. When I finally did get through-The Pharmacist told me she could NOT schedule the Covid Vaccine and she told me my ONLY OPTION is to Call their 1-800#.She would not even verify or simply check to see if my appointment had been Saved. Thanks for nothing!3) I called that CVS 1-800#-and Tia took a bunch of private personal information from me.Then TIA put me on a VERY VERY LONG HOLD where Questionable Smoking Marijuana Songs were playing. I asked TIA if she could turn that down. TIA would not. I asked CVS Agent TIA why she could not schedule that? TIA from CVS said she had to transfer me to an AGENT.4) AFTER A VERY VERY LONG TIME of being forced to listen to MARIJUANA AND DRUG SONGS -TIA FINALLY TRANSFERRED ME.6) TIA from CVS TRANSFERRED ME FROM THE UNITED STATES ALL THE WAY across the WORLDTO THE PHILLIPINES ????.TIA TRANSFERRED ME TO A PHILLIPINES CVS "AGENT"-A NONENGLISH SPEAKING DEAF MAN/WOMAN CHILD who immediately began harassing ME????????. That CVS AGENT person is DEAF. THAT PHILLIPINES CVS PERSON DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND CANNOT HEAR. THAT PERSON MADE ME REPEAT AND REPEAT EVERY SINGLE NUMBER AS IF I AM.NOT EVEN CAPABLE OF SPEECH. INSULTING AND HIGHLY UPSETTING. AS IF IT WAS A PRACTICAL JOKE ?????????.7) That CVS Phillipines Very Alien strange sounding Deaf person is NOT capable of scheduling this Covid Vaccine. NOT EVEN CAPABLE!!!!8) WHY am I being Refused the very Covid Vaccine that I so desperately Need?9) Shame on you CVS!!!9) I Do not deserve this blatant phone harassment.10) Transferring ME an American Citizen, in Lincoln, Nebraska to an incompetent DEAF person in the Phillipines should never even happen.11) It makes NO Sense why the CVS just down the street from me cannot simply schedule that Covid Vaccine for me.12) ALL of my phone calls are being sent to DEAF and NonEnglish Speaking incompetent people in the Phillipines. I am NOT OKAY WITH WHAT IS DELIBERATELY BEING DONE TO ME.

Good store. Standard pharmacy. Outstanding pharmacist! The aisles around the pharmacy contain all the stocked and organized things you'd expect to find. The pharmacy area including the counters themselves is okay maybe a tad outdated but still plenty functional. Unlike Walgreens there isn't a private locked room to go into to get your flu shot. So this one has kind of a makeshift simple fabric hospital wall/divider and the poor pharmacist does his work on the carpeted floor while on his knees. He was the nicest guy. Very organized, also so friendly and personable with everyone before me. Then when it was turn he got everything he needed ready and then came back and we had a nice friendly little chat. Even better was that it was a nearly painless shot which means he knows what he's doing! So I highly would recommend him and this location just because of the awesome Pharmacist that they have. :)

Do not go to this pharmacy. There were customers not wearing masks and when I went to the counter to get a flu shot, none of the pharmacists told me where to stand or how long it would be. I waited ten minutes and asked again, only to be treated like I wasn't important (I asked where I should stand to wait and she replied anywhere and walked away). There were several older people and no one was monitoring the six feet rule. Not to mention that their automatic doors didn't work and I had to wait for an employee to let me into the store. Considering the mandated protocols for Covid, you'd expect a pharmacy to abide...
