Around May I tried to get a CVS card here and the woman made me type my information to her register computer 5 times (awkward) and she kept clearing out my info accidentally. Pressing the 'cancel'button instead of 'continue'. I get it it happens but I needed to leave... So I told her we could just do it next time and I just want to pay... But she wouldn't let me pay for my items until after she figured it out, and I realized that wasn't gonna happen, so I pushed to leave. She gave me a bunch of unactivated CVS cards and told me to just activate them myself or that 'one of those probably work'. I told her I'm not able to activate them and that I have to do it in store (i worked retail). She told me to just take them and leave because she didn't know how to work the computer. So awkward and frustrating, took up 30+ min in line I just wanted to buy 2 items!!!! Ugh... I am not a fan!!!!

I’ve had some great experiences with many of the staff here, but will be switching where I get my prescriptions due to consistent frustration with one staff member. Over a period of months, every interaction with this person has been negative for my family and I. They seem to be higher up as well, so I’m just planning on avoiding this place from now on.

Pharmacist are great! but please CVS give these people more help.Update. I got a text notification they had received my prescription by 1pm, but have not filled it, I went through the drivethrough at 6pm was told to do a lap around because is not ready and needed to give them 15min it’s the hottest day today and have a crying baby in the car, it is frustrating. I never had. This problem at Walgreens, only reason why I come here is because my insurance has a contract with CVS. Employees are nice every time , but it seems to always be something here

Absolutely amazing staff!! They have been so helpful to me over the years. Timely in contacting care provider, and they are always willing to accommodate and work with you.

Absolutely awful experience. I called them on monday evening to make sure they had the medication I was prescribed that has been on back order since February. The pharmacist said that it was available. My doctor sent the script right away the next morning. After not hearing anything I called to check on both tuesday and wednesday and the automated service said that my prescription was "in process and would be ready at 8pm on thursday, June 8th." The pharmacy is not even open at 8pm!! I called back today to be told "We're sorry about that but it looks like it's now out of stock and we have no idea when we'll be getting more in." Glad I wasted my time. If they wouldn't have told me it was readily available I would have never gone through the motions. The girl on the phone was polite but that was literally the only good point in otherwise terrible experience.

Waited for 40 minutes to get my prescriptions filled. Still helped people who arrived after me before me. Walgreens never treats me this horribly. I'd suggest heading to Walgreens for your pharmaceutical needs.

This place sucks! I was at the instant photo machine, this female employee said she would get her manager to help me. The manager comes up front starts checking people out, he looks over at me and sees I’m waiting for him to help me but continues to ignore me and continues checking people out. I WALKED OUT! Terrible customer service !!!

The pharmacist would not sell me pen needles without a prescription which is not required in order to get pen needles. However, I ordered them through the website and was able to pick them up without the prescription they apparently require. Not sure why they don't understand being diabetic friendly and offering access to necessary medication administration supplie,s but someone needs to address this issue

I live near this location and would frequently come by for milk or basic needs in a pinch. For the past few months everything has gone to garbage. They never have milk and if they do it's about to expire. Shelves are barely stocked and products are always at their expiration or beyond. Not only that but prices have climbed dramatically. Paid $3.79 for a single can of dog food. Go down to Hy-Vee or target same can is $1.79. CVS has horrible quality and is over charging their customers. I will not be returning anymore I'll drive the extra few minutes down the road.

How does an entire pharmacy shut down for lunch? If you use the drive through, be prepared to wait. The staff is friendly but management needs to understand folks come during their available time and cannot wait for one employee to do it all. Or the window to be closed for lunch.

Currently going on 29 minutes on hold to talk to someone in the pharmacy. They will not fill a script from your doctor automatically and notify you when it is ready. You must call or go to the location. Not sure what changed in the past few months but the place has spiraled down hill fast.

Came here to fill my prescription. I ran into some issues and had follow up questions. I spoke with the pharmacist over the phone and he was very helpful. He answered the line without any wait time which surprised me. I wasn't able to get pharmacy on the phone at another CVS. Anyway, I ended up coming back to pick up what I needed and the same pharmacist answered more questions. Twice, it's been my experience (at this location) that they are good about acknowledging customers right away (even when busy), and are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I've been sitting at the drive through pharmacy window for 38 minutes! The car ahead of me has been here longer & still hasn't been helped. I can't leave because there's a car behind me. Worst service I've ever had here.
