Worst customer service ever I have been waiting for 15 minutes. They did not even say we will be with you in a second or acknowledged me at all never any word, and they were very rude to the person ahead of me.

They automatically refill meds even when you tell them you do not want automated refills. I have complained 5 times at the store and twice to the corporate office and it keeps happening. This last time they refilled a medication my doctor had taken me off of months prior, and a month ago I stopped seeing this doctor. They claimed the doctor requested it but she would bot have requested a refill of a medication she took me off of, even if I were still a patient. This is not the first time I have caught them lying to me either. No apologies, just “if you are unhappy you can go somewhere else.” I would go elsewhere but my insurance requires me to use CVS.

CVS is a fantastic place that helps me get my medicine and helps me with dog supplies and other things for my grandchildren. I love the Store and the employees are the best ever! Thank you, CVS!

This is the slowest, worst customer service pharmacy I have every used. They won't answer the phone even though there may be 5 people working there. They can receive a medication request from the Dr. at 10 am and not schedule it for filling until 11:30 pm, 'because that's the procedure'. They changed one of my prescriptions to a completely different medication but when I ask why they act like they don't know. After spending an hour and a half on the phone they said the Dr.s office made the change and they can't tell me why. The Dr.s office said they didn't make the change. WHA? I'm changing all of my subscription to the local HyVee.

I needed an antibiotic filled two weeks ago, and it took them more than 24 hours to fill it after prescribed. By then, I felt so sick I couldn't drive to go pick it up. When I called and finally got someone to answer, they said they were two days behind on orders. Then this morning, I had a different script ordered, and all day it said in process. I finally saw on the website (at 12:45 a.m.) that they were out of stock. Really nice I found that out after it was too late to get it transferred to a different location. Not to mention that I ran out today, and there's no indication of when it will be ready. I tried calling twice earlier to see the status and was on hold for fifteen minutes both times before I just hung up.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever used in my life. Rude don"t care I have been waiting almost two weeks for a prescription and when I call just get told its on order.. I think they are holding it on purpose because I have complained numorous times about service and attitude. Once went to get a special prescription for my wife she needed immediatly and they said tough they were busy and I would have to come back later and it was one Dr said she needed right away...The management of this store should all be fired I dont understand how corporate lets this continue....

Three times a perscription has not been ready and once I had to go back a 2nd time before it was filled. Am told the pharmacy has had many cut-backs in hours. Parking lot is a mess. Dangerous with snow, ice and melted snow not removed. Previously snow accumulation had not been removed making walking dangerous. Parking lines have not been painted in well over 1 year. Not well managed at all!! I ask for the manager's name and can't read what he wrote....on purpose?? Other business parking areas that I checked are in much better conditions and safer.

Honestly the rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. I call in with a simple question and the woman says "no" and legitimately hung up on me.
