Pharmacy staff are very helpful and hardworking. This is a very, very busy pharmacy but they have excellent customer service even if the pharmacy line is long.

Try to avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. Never had such issues post a major surgery to get assistance from the entire pharmacy staff (evening staff especially unhelpful and with quite an unpleasant attitude as well).

i placed my prescription order online to be refilled after i had missed picking it up because of my busy schedule. i got a confirmation email from cvs telling me my prescription was ready and i could go pick it up, i was excited to finally have a second in my schedule to go pick it up. well, instead of doing staggered lunch breaks (like every other company does), they close the entire pharmacy. this of course is literally always the time that im able to make it over to this cvs, which is annoying but i do also blame myself for that. because of my work schedule, going back after work is not an option so i go back the next day. im on time, for once, but to my surprise my prescription hasn't even been filled yet! why did i get an email confirming my order was received, filled and being held for the next 3 days when it was not that at all? instead of filling my order because im a waiting customer, he tells me to come back after lunch, which i am unable to do because i have to go to work. the unwillingness to help me or explain what may have happened has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. i hope this pharmacy figures out what they're doing.

The self-checkout register says on the screen to scan any item to begin, but apparently you need to scan your CVS card first, resulting in the machine refusing to accept your CVS card and any CVS coupons after you have begun. There is no \"cancel\" feature on the screen to stop and restart the checkout process. The screen should say that if you have a CVS card to scan it to begin. There needs to be a cancel feature in case you make a mistake and need to start over.

Best pharmacy in town! Store is always clean. Staff is over the top helpful. If they are out of stock they will try to find it at another store & if they can't find it they KNOW when it will be in! No wishey washy asnwets! I'll never switch!

After being ignored at Walgreens pharmacy when trying to fill a RX, I switched to this pharmacy and they were able to fill it right away. I will stay with this pharmacy, very competent pharmacists and staff.

The customer service is amazing but God forbids you need to actually speak to somebody because that automated record is that automated recording is just annoying it's just annoying and there has to be a way to speak to somebody directly other than that stupid voice recording.

I was able to go through the drive through and pick up my prescriptions without any issues.
