When to CVS on 14th & Superior @ 3:3AM. It's supposed to be 24 hours. Lights all on and large sign in window say Open 24 Hours, but there was a note on the door saying will reopen @ 7AM. HOW ARE YOU 24 HOURS? I expect some sort of compensation for my time & gas.

Seems like there are already of plenty bad reviews, but gonna throw one more on the pile. This is the closest pharmacy on my insurance. I am now going to a pharmacy MUCH farther from my house to save my time and energy. Their customer service is so poor that even when I go HOURS after they said my Rx would be done, they still make me wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. This pharmacy has reduced me to tears more than once for wasting my time while I’m sick. I don’t believe management treats their pharmacy techs well. Seriously CVS, do better. People’s health is on the line.

Their phone system is weird. I have been on call for more than 15 mins and couldn't get anyone to refill meds. You'd think a big company like CVS would have it figured kut.

Pharmacy is ok, not sure who to blame for minute clinic billing. Went in for vaccination pharmacy said insurance would cover it for me, it did. My wife was told she needs to wait until she turned 65, waited a couple of months after her birthday they said she was covered. We have same insurance mine was covered 100%, 6 months go by we get first notice that we owe for hers. Called insurance company they say we are covered should be no charge. Tell minute clinic to resubmit, month later get texts telling us to pay bill. Today i called minute clinic customer service number was on hold for two and a half hours. Left call back number and I'm still waiting. I had another appointment they never could get the insurance submitted correctly, my insurance said the clinic needed to add trailing "0" to i'd # that this was a known issue. Ended up having to pay and wait for reimbursement from insurance. Issue is the minute clinic doesn't have the documentation on the billing to satisfy insurance, it will be another phone call. Since this started I've switched all my prescriptions to wal mart. so far so good and out of pocket is less.

I love the pharmacy staff here but CVS let's students from Goodrich Middle School take over their store after school gets out and that's unacceptable. Those kids are rude, obnoxious and several of them smell like they just smoked weed. They act like the CVS is their playground. I will most likely take my business elsewhere if they continue to allow this behavior.

Funny how the dr sends a prescription to them & they “don’t have it” but then the dr will send across the street to Walgreens & they fill it within 15 min.Worst customer service.Even tho the lines are long at Walgreens we are going back to them.This is the worst CVS in Lincoln.

Pharmacy staff nine people and helpful but store staff at night have a guy doesn’t show any signs of good customer service he was mad and doesn’t say anything to me just get the payment and doesn’t even give me a bag for my stuff till I asked him for one please a right people in a right place

Just stopped by here to get a couple things on my way home from work around 11pm. The cashier was more interested in playing with his phone than working, which is typical at this location from the night cashiers. Also typically rude which is why I haven't shopped here for about 3 years. I asked " can I get a cvs card so I can get the specials prices? " he rudely and lazily replies " yeah, but it'll take like 5 minutes. " So much for customer service. This dude is exactly why minimum wage shouldn't be $15 an hour. Dude, you're worthless. Literally.

If I could this store zero rating I would. I do believe Paul is the General Manager is rude and disrespectful towards us customers. The lady that works there I think he name is Mercedes something like that she is so rude never greets the any customer when you walk in and you ask for help both ignore you. Where is the customer service at.I went into the store last night after work and the 2 overnight workers made my shopping experience enjoyable for the very first time.If anyone wants excellent customer service I would say go after 10 PM. I do believe the girl workers name was Jamie and I the guys name I think was Ethan or something like that.I will do all my shopping there after work. I thought about going across the street to Walgreens but decided to go in since I only needed a drink. Both greeted me even with a smile. ..

If it were not for Jamie Commuso and Ethan Fraco, I would not continue to go to this CVS. Their professionalism, customer service, knowledge, willingness to help, kindness, sincerity, work ethic, integrity, empathy and just wanting to make a difference in someone's day is by far Top Tier! I come in super early, and it's always nice to see them when I go to grab a red bull, or random things. They are just so kind. I swore by the 48th and O Street Cvs. It closed down, so it was 14th and superior, which I'm close to. Again, if it weren't for those two, I’d drive to 70th and O or by south pointe to CVS. Yes, I'm that stubborn and none of those stores are near Fallbrook, other than the superior store. It just shows, good customer service and professionalism goes a long way and can make even the most stubborn people change their minds. I appreciate them both. CVS company is lucky to have them! This is why I'm rating this store 5 stars. Because of those two. I'm not one to review stores and such often, but they deserve the accolades and to be recognized for what they do for random strangers in the community. Thank you Jamie and Ethan.-Addi

Laughable….. get a text that my kids prescription is ready. Get there an hour later and get told 45 minute wait. This has happened multiple times.

STAY AWAY! Could'nt take it any more. They lied to me again. Told me order is in and will be ready shortly. Go to pick it up and, "Sorry, out of stock". Very comon med out of stock for more than a week. They told me to talk to my doctor if I wanted the med from another pharmacy. I told them to F off. I changed to wallgreens.

Can I give them 0? Can I give them negative 5 stars? Heck, negative million starts?Why? I have experienced the same issue as others have reported. Cherry on the top: sweet bow tie manager almost start a real fight with me! He came before me less that five inches away to explaining how things work there.Thank God to million camers in their area!People: many other places to go. Go. Dont waste your time on them. There must be a reason why we all leave negative reviews about that place.

Once again, I ran into problems with the pharmacy. My provider sent over two prescriptions. One was a new med that I had never had before, and the other was one which I had not refilled for over 14 months. I immediately received text messages from CVS stating that it was too soon to refill the two meds. One wasn't even a refill! I called the pharmacy and the automated answering service stated that I did not have any pending prescriptions! How is that possible, if you are sending me texts regarding the scripts?? I finally was able to speak to a real person who said they will be ready in around 30 minutes. I am giving them two hours so MAYBE they will be ready when I go to pick them up.

Every single time I go to get my prescription I wait hours before picking it up and then when I get there I wait in a 20 minute line just to be told I need to wait 15 minutes. Why do I need to wait 15 minutes when I’ve already waited 5 hours to get the med????? So today I was like I’m not wasting my time so I called the store and told them I’d be on my way and they told me it would be ready by 5:30 so I got there at 6 and sure enough they said another 15 minutes!!!! At this point they’re delaying people’s care by not getting people their meds! I already waited 4-5 hours before even trying to pick it up! It should have been done by now absolutely ridiculous
