This is the slowest, worst customer service pharmacy I have every used. They won't answer the phone even though there may be 5 people working there. They can receive a medication request from the Dr. at 10 am and not schedule it for filling until 11:30 pm, 'because that's the procedure'. They changed one of my prescriptions to a completely different medication but when I ask why they act like they don't know. After spending an hour and a half on the phone they said the Dr.s office made the change and they can't tell me why. The Dr.s office said they didn't make the change. WHA? I'm changing all of my subscription to the local HyVee.

I needed an antibiotic filled two weeks ago, and it took them more than 24 hours to fill it after prescribed. By then, I felt so sick I couldn't drive to go pick it up. When I called and finally got someone to answer, they said they were two days behind on orders. Then this morning, I had a different script ordered, and all day it said in process. I finally saw on the website (at 12:45 a.m.) that they were out of stock. Really nice I found that out after it was too late to get it transferred to a different location. Not to mention that I ran out today, and there's no indication of when it will be ready. I tried calling twice earlier to see the status and was on hold for fifteen minutes both times before I just hung up.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever used in my life. Rude don"t care I have been waiting almost two weeks for a prescription and when I call just get told its on order.. I think they are holding it on purpose because I have complained numorous times about service and attitude. Once went to get a special prescription for my wife she needed immediatly and they said tough they were busy and I would have to come back later and it was one Dr said she needed right away...The management of this store should all be fired I dont understand how corporate lets this continue....

Honestly the rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. I call in with a simple question and the woman says "no" and legitimately hung up on me.

I was treated so rudely by the staff. Not all of them but a few. The women tend to be ruder then the men. They don't have enough staff at night and the pharmacist seemed overwhelmed. I tried to get a script late at night and was told I couldn't because she was to busy. This particular pharmacist has a foreign accent that is difficult to understand and she is always rude to me. I am always nice to her. I did call the assistant manager and complain. I have noticed a better attitude with the staff but not that particular pharmacist.

Very unhappy with service. I waited for 45 mins with a my 2 year old, after getting check in, for them to tell come out and tell me they are out of vaccines. No signage letting people know. Huge waste of time!
