I’ve worked out there for about 7 years. Only left because I moved away. Great downtown location, even though it’s not a very large gym it is still spacious. The owner and trainers are very knowledgeable and have a lot of cool and fun events throughout the year. Highly recommend it!

I started my CrossFit journey with the Owner/Coach Matt at Wolfbone. He worked with me as a beginner at age 55and I’m still doing it 7 years later. He was instrumental in teaching me the basics which has led to a life transformation. Great community of people who have heart for fitness, fellowship and fun!

About Wolfbone Fitness
Daily workout consist of a warm up and the WOD (workout of the day). The WOD is varied day to day. It will focus on different combinations of all aspects of fitness. (Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy, Durability, and Mental Fortitude). All WODs can be scaled to meet all individual fitness levels.
