The wait was long and she was in no rush to get the next customer after she finished with the haircut right before ours. Then she spent the next 5 to 10 minutes fixing her own hair; talking with a co-worker, and moving turtle pace cleaning up her station. To top it off, the haircut was terrible. There is no way a professional could not notice this. She needs additional training on both haircuts and custom service.

Ashley was amazing, she really helped getting me to the color I was wanting, she was just as excited about the whole process as I was. McKenna was a great help in assisting Ashley with all the foils. My hair turned out fabulous.

Stylist: Ashley was attentive, listened to what I wanted and gave it. She's a good conversationalist, and makes me feel like we're friends. Always asks what I want B4 she cuts or colors. I feel that she knows her trade. I'm. Always happy when I leave and feel as though I got my money's worth.

I got a haircut and as usual the service was excellent. I had two of my favorite stylists there but did not have an appointment so fortunately had to take the first available. Thankfully, i didn't have to make a choice. :D The stylist gave me a great haircut and got my eyebrows! I appreciate these folks a lot! Friendly and professional!

I walked in got my hair cut the lady was nice and I Look GOOD for School thank you ?
Stylist: I am not sure if I can remember the stylus name. I know that she was in the first booth to the left. When you walk in the store she was very friendly and talkative and listen to how I wanted my hair. I wanted a beachy look and that she gave me and I look good.
