The staff are all competent and fully knowledgeable. They will fix your problems if humanly possible. They also sell computers, IPad and more. This IS your Apple store in Lincoln. Awesome people and store.

brought in my iphone 14 pro because the battery was swollen and dying around 90%. Joe and his team provided great customer service and communication between apple & myself as to if/when they would warranty my battery. phone works great now. very knowledgeable people and would recommend anyone to this place for their apple... read full comment

The people here are nice, they have multiple locations, and the store has everything Apple you could need. Plus it is modern and clean inside. Overall—a nice local business all be-it a little expensive if parts or a new OS install is needed.
