Dr. Oxley and staff are the nicest and most caring vet clinic I've ever been to. He has been my vet for over 10 years now and I wouldn't move for anything.

I have been bringing my pets here for close to a decade and I wouldn't bring them anywhere else! Dr Oxley and Dr Luger are so compassionate and in tune to what my pets need and always take their time to listen to my concerns and figure out the best course of action for the situation at hand. The wonderful vet techs make me feel welcome, greeting us by name and treat my pets as if they were their own. I never have trouble getting an appointment when I need, even when it's more emergent. I would not take my pets anywhere else!

My son’s dog was very ill he had her to the Vet earlier in the day- the dog had a medical emergent event and he called the clinic. He waited 15-20 minutes without response so then called a different clinic. Don’t recommend

I've been using Companion Care for over a decade. I've had bad luck with 2 of my rescue dogs. One got Canine Lymphoma after 7 years of living and Dr. Oxley did whatever he could after the diagnosis. We tried multiple medications and procedures, but no avail. Not Dr. Oxley's fault, I felt he did everything he could. The second dog had an oversized heart which was a common problem with the breed. The heart couldn't stop growing and pushing on his lungs and trachea until he had to be put down. Again Dr. Oxley did what he could to ease my dog's discomfort until the end. I highly recommend Companion Care Veterinary clinic for your pets needs.

I was hesitant at first because of my last vet experience to take Baby to any vet. But since Baby was having babies I needed the help. Companion Care is awesome and will treat your Baby like their own. ??

I took my ball python here for a quick checkup. We arrived ten minutes early for our appointment at 8:30AM, and the vet did not arrive until ~9:30AM. Normally, this would be annoying to some people, but given that he needed to travel from Kansas and is one of the very few qualified to assess reptiles, he truly earned my respect which comes with the patience to wait.
I also appreciate the little hand written note they sent in the mail. It’s a small gesture, but appreciated a ton since this was my first visit for my snake. He took very good care of her and I will be returning if I ever have any issues, which I would recommend to others as well.

I waited way too long to give this review. But all I can tell you is if you’re looking for a vet who knows what they are doing and can help your dog, don’t go here. I have a little dachshund/ mini golden retriever mix. And she had some weird leg issues for 6-7 years. Anytime I touched her back end she would just always be very weird. Would yip at me and you could obviously tell there was some sort of discomfort whether it was a little issue or a big issue. I had countless appointments telling them something wasn’t right. I was was told FOR 7 years that my dogs back legs were complete fine. I switched vets because I was tired of seeing her in pain and it visibly got way worse after the age of 7. I hadn’t taken her to any other vets before that because I figured mine knew what he was talking about and I trusted him to be honest. However, after all the pointless appointments I decided to switch to Wachl pet center. I was told that my dog has had medial patella luxation for many many years now. 3 weeks after I found this out, my poor dogs back left acl completely ruptured. Not only did that hurt my dog, but it was a bill that could have been prevented. The surgeon told me that her next leg is bound to tear and that her luxation in those knees is so bad they almost want to wait until it tears before they do a procedure. Got one of them done just recently and now her other leg is starting to show the same signs as the previous one that tore. It makes me so frustrated because I do everything I can for my dog to have the best, and happiest life, and then I get a vet who tells me for 7 years my dog is perfectly fine when she wasn’t. I was told the condition my dog had, had to have been there for at least 5 years because the damage to her joints and ligaments. Sickens me. I used to brag about this place to everyone and it makes me so irate that they couldn’t just help fix a simple issue. Now I’m full of medical bills and have to watch my dog suffer In pain because nobody could spot the problem. Promise you can find better vets and ones that are more spacious as well.

Several years ago we switched to Companion Care from another vet office and we have been so pleased with our decision. Our dog has received wonderful and compassionate care from the doctors and the rest of the staff have been so kind and professional.I would recommend to anyone looking for the best possible care for their pets.
