I enjoy going to Hot Topic to be nearly overwhelmed with the amount of stuff in the store. But this location did not grab my attention as well as most others do. I can imagine us looking lost but then NICK came up to us and my whole experience got 100% better from there, he asked me a few questions about myself and went around the store and brought me the most amazing items that I GENUINLY loved. He knew exactly what my style was. And most importantly he made me feel really good about myself. I haven't wore jeans in atleast a year!! “BeYourself Boutique is a great place to buy women's clothing! Their customer support is far above 5 starts. If you don't see something on the sales floor, the item may be in back and they don't hesitate to go look for you. With the pandemic, you are able to shop online and their website is so easy to navigate. They offer in store pickup/curbside pickup as well. With three locations, if something isn't at your nearest store, they will call the other locations and see if its in stock and personally find a way to get it to the location you are interested in. Besides being a great local business, they do a lot for the community. They have donated proceeds of sales to local organizations and also encourage their followers to be active in the communities they live in. I will continue to support them!”
“I had a pair of shoes purchased about four weeks ago and it was defective. Lost my receipt, therefore one of the employees just following store policy and procedures in referring my case to the manager. Steve (manager) was very accommodating and understanding and rectified my problem. I recommend you keep your receipt and the box the item came with, if it’s shoes, it’d save a lot of problems. Highly recommend this store for reasonable and affordable selection of today’s fashionable apparel.”
