We were stopping late for our trip and a breakfast pizza and some of the new sliders sounded great. The pizza turned out great but the sliders were ordered with special requests and it was not fulfilled. The service at the store was not great either. We went to pick up the food and nobody was there to help we had to go to the front to have someone get our food....ughh after driving for 12 hours just ughh

I've never seen a more lazier group of employees in my life was in here at around 1 1 30. Add a come back and get gas. In the evening and the bed bathroom was completely destroyed. Both times and a 6 hour span. Never got touched. The ladies behind the counter are too busy on their phone. To worry about customers, I walked up and they're like yeah, this register's not open. Playing on Her cell phone. They should just close this case. Because they're in and I'm losing more money than they're gonna make.

I love that store the members are so nice and understanding. Today my card wasn't working for some reason this morning and they were kind enough to set my things to the side until I came back in. I went straight to the back and got a pizza for their kindness and the people in the back were so amazing I had to ask them for their names because they were doing an amazing job. The new manager is awesome as well I give this store a 10 out of 10. From the managers to the employees they don't get the recognition they deserve. Keep up the good work you guys

I put in an order for breakfast for my kids , says on app that the order was asap and no wait time and then 40 minutes passes by I go to check the delivery status and now it says I have to wait TWO HOURS !!!!!I call the store not only did one of the workers didn’t really care said sorry nothing we can do your just gonna have to reorder from a different store THE MANAGER SAID THE SAME THING WANTING ME TO PAY ANOTHER 25 dollars !!! Worst customer service

Gas pumps are VERY slow. Also, the parking lot is small & tight. Not very easy to maneuver around. I did not go inside, so I can't comment on that.

I ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese bread… I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes… I arrived 5 minutes late and they were just putting one of my pizzas in… the other pizza and cheese bread were sitting in the Warner… so I will have 1 fresh pizza and rest of the order 20 minutes in the warmer… all they are doing is talking and complaining… I waited a additional 20 minutes for my entire order.. NOT IMPRESSED!

Ordered a breakfast pizza on the app, but the confirmation said it wouldn't be ready for 2 hours. Called the store, the angry clerk "I don't know what to tell you I just got here" So I asked about transferring it to a different store or getting a refund. He said "I don't know, call back later and talk to a manager"

Be observant when using a HyVee Perks card for a discount. Was there today 12/4/22. Sign advertised gas for $3.349. The pump price showed $3.499. I applied my .35 @ gallon discount. After receiving the allotted 20 gallon maximum I discovered that I paid $3.499 and did not get a discount.

Decided i would try another Casey's pizza for supper on 6-6-22. Placed the order online for a large meat lovers pizza, i added extra canadian bacon at an extra $3.60 and banana peppers at $1.80 additional. Picked the pizza up in the store, drove home to eat and there was barely any canadian bacon on it at all, it did have banana peppers, as well as an absolutely rediculous amount of sausage. This is the second time i have tried Casey pizza and both times they have screwed it up. Stay away form this place, im not certain how an employee mistakes chopped up sausage for canadian bacon.

I have to wait longer to get my pizza cuz when I got there to pick it up they hadn't even start it yet. The ppl that work back there need to stop flirting and do what they are supposed to do, WORK!
