Place ALWAYS super late. Ordered pizza a few times on different occasions and gives me a time and always 30 minutes late. Then made incorrectly andcwrong ingredients. Terrible staff at this ghetto location.

I ordered a beef pizza online (12 slices), it said it would take 15 minutes and it took close to 30 minutes. Then when my husband and I tried to eat the pizza it was so cheesy and heavy the bread couldn’t even hold it up and we ended up needing forks ?. The only thing that was good about it was the crust. No one wants soggy pizza that can’t even hold up.

I can't believe I just used my caseys ?rewards to buy my late night snacks! The people who work there are genuine? n chill. I like living so close to this shop. I enjoy getting slices of pizza when I don't feel like cooking. They've got almost everything I need. Cash back is available and theres also an ? there. ATM does have a fee to withdraw.

Employee from the kitchen was not working how she should be. I was calling in on phone to make an order of chicken wings and as soon as I said “ I’d like to make an order of chicken wings “, she was saying “ ughhh “ very loudly which I can hear very clear. And so I told her to just let me know if the food is not available. And she said she didn’t hear me. When I said she has to ask again if didn’t hear me instead of saying ughhhh . She was like do you still want to make your order or not? How rude. Some people just want to make money without working. She even claimed she’s a manager.I called at 4:35 PM Friday 26,2022. And I also notices a lot of customers complaints. Which is not wonder.

Wow, really need to do better with securing the safety of employees and customers. There was a man who entered the store with a severe injury and appeared to be under the influence, he was yelling and cursing at staff and customers being very aggressive. Why the police were not called immediately is the question, I sat in my vehicle and had to contact police at which point another customer walking in began to do the same. In a high crime area like this there should always be extra precautions. This is a trigger for someone like me who has been a victim of armed robbery.
