If they don't have your part, and they can't order it, you might be in a pickle. The staff know what's up and are extremely helpful, also can be hella busy, extra respect when it is cause everyone is getting parts. Your getting parts, she's getting parts. Everybody needs the right parts.Thanks for the years of being awesome and don't go anywhere please.

Went in 20 minutes before they were closing one evening to have my battery checked. A nice lady hooked it up and checked the battery. it was bad, but I was happy. my alternative was to buy an alternator. they were both about the same price, but a lot more work goes into replacing an alternator than a battery.

Three guys on staff when I walked in, one was with a customer, one was on the phone and one guy was free. I asked the guy who was free to help me with a very simple task but he said only the guy on the phone could help me. So I wait and I wait and I wait. Not even a sign of acknowledgement. My requested task was so simple he could have done it while on the phone, but no. I turned around and left as I didn't have all day to wait. I will make sure to take any of my car parts needs elsewhere from now on. All I wanted to do was drop off a PREPAID, already labeled UPS package (this place is a UPS drop off location). I didn't need it checked in or weighed or anything like that, it was entirely ready to go it just needed to get into the hands of UPS via one of their authorized drop off locations. No clue why I had to talk to one specific person or why it was any more complicated than handing the package to someone so they could put it in the pile that UPS would be picking up later in the day. The whole staff was snarky and not helpful.
