I wouldn’t even give this place one star. It’s a shame these people are in a dog business when it’s clear that they don’t care about them. Leaving pets unattended in a bath tub and killing her is just not right. Take responsibility for your actions! I hope this place gets shut down!

I am a dog advocate and have come across the story of Nala. I've owned my own grooming business with my two sisters before I branched off to do my own thing and I also groomed at Petsmart for 6 year 2010-2016. I hope EVERYONE reads this. To Michelle I am so sorry about your loss and I am even sorrier the owner has decided to take ill responsibility on this matter. From when I was trained and what I used to train my apprentices is, GROOMER SHOULD NEVER LEAVE AN ANIMAL ALONE WHEN TETHERED. NEVER. I don't write that in all caps just to get it across but truly because it's infuriating knowing if Nala went somewhere else that day she would've been alive. Sure Brianna has other great reviews but this negligence gives a glimpse on what could go wrong and did go wrong. Ms Owner, Michelle doesn't want to work with you because you tried to provide every excuse that directed away from YOUR faults. Just accept that YOU SHOULD NEVER LEAVE AN ANIMAL ALONE WHEN TETHERED and owner seems to have a hard time admitting they were negligent on that part because if they were attending her closely and PROPERLY she would've been immediately saved from the choke. If you have any questions feel free to message me but people need to see this. If this post is gone I'll make sure it comes back. Thanks. Good luck to this business truly but I will have to spread this news as it's the right thing to do. Toodles.

They kill dogs and have zero empathy about it. Have some accountability for your salon. As a groomer I expect better from my other dog groomers. Can't believe this has gone without any response to the public.

I took my precious family member there for 12 years. Jan 29, 2024 they left her unattended in the tub. She jumped out & hung herself where she suffocated TO DEATH. My Shih Tzu, Nala is being cremated TODAY due to their negligence & I was told "this has never happened in 35 years of me grooming". Guess what? I don't care! It happened now & to my baby! Don't take your pet here, they don't care!!

We took our 1st Shih Tzu and take our 2nd Shih Tzu and rescue Yorkie Terrier mix to Donita and her grooming business and we have absolutely enjoyed having her groom all of canines ans can't think of any other place to get them groomed

My dog has been there three times, the first time was fine and I was told the ear cleaning, anal gland cleanse and nail cutting is apart of the wash/hair cut package - they did all that and it was terrific. Second time, horrible - they gave my dog a bath and haircut but no nail trim, ear cleanse nor anal gland cleanse. I asked the groomer In person why wasn’t it done when I picked up my dog and she said you have to ask for those things, I said well I was told last time it’s all included and she said it’s separate. I accepted the discrepancy in the information given and moved on with my life hoping next time I’d get clarity when taking my dog in.Took my dog there the third time and I specifically asked for my dogs nails, ears and anal glands to be cleansed along with the normal bath/cut and she said yes that’s all included(not Brianna for groomer who said it wasn’t the second time) I said “oh great!”because that was my original understanding until Brianna told me last time it was not the case and that I would need to ask for it.The lady then went on to say no, we always do those three things and I said well that’s what I was originally told and what I experienced the first time until it wasn’t done last time and I was told differently. The lady then went on to keep telling me they always do those three things, completely dismissing the fact that I was told something different the previous time and that those three things were not done last time.Overall highly dissatisfied with my experience with the entire groom room because of the misinformation given and zero apology/empathy given for not providing the full service I paid the second time my dog was groomed.Groom room, it may benefit you to learn from my experience and make sure all groomers are communicating accurate/the same information to clients and completing all groom services including in the package asked for; to ensure no one else has to experience what I did here.Lastly, showing empathy and owning up to mistakes goes along way when it comes to building clientele and keeping one. Thank you for the work that was done for my dog and I hope this is rectified so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This was a first time for us and the groomer did a wonderful job on my Shi-poo, our previous groomer had moved out of town and Sadie was a mess since it took me awhile to decide on a new place. But am so glad we came here, Sadie looked so nice and clean and happy! They did a thorough job of fixing her up! Recommend this shop very highly!

Over the top satisfied with this service. I’ve been nervous about sending my Pom to a groomer in fear of his coat being ruined, but Brianna was extremely knowledgeable and did a spectacular job for such an affordable price. It’s relieving knowing where I’ll be taking my boy next time!

Ripped out my dogs under coat and he had 100’s of scabs from his neck down to his tail. Never have I had this anywhere else. Completely heart breaking.

They open 15 minutes before their first appointment. Somewhat irregular hours but it's a small shop so I get it. They do great work.

The ladies here are the best! My 3 dogs go here all the time. They are busy though so it's best to pre-book your appointments & not wait until your pet is over grown & needing in asap!
