I own a small remodeling business in Lincoln. I have used Campbell’s Cabinets for more than 10 kitchen projects and a handful of bathrooms projects. Jenn is awesome at helping with the layout to maximize the space. Matt is always quick to respond if anything is needed and does a great job with my customers in the showroom, showing all options and helping guide the customers in their decisions. I have personally visited the factory where the cabinets are made and am very impressed with the Koch brand. I have only had a couple small issues with the cabinets and the manufacturer warranty covered it with no questions asked.

Ordered cabinets and they arrived as they should and within the time frame. I asked how to adjust some of the doors as they were off and they told me to do it. I asked if they would send someone out to help and they said, “Are you going to pay me?” when I said no they walked out of the office.Service: Cabinet design

We received very inadequate customer service/support from Amber. Felt misled pretty much throughout the entire process. Her excuse when she didn’t get back to you was that her email must be going to the junk or spam folder. Not true. Cabinet hardware didn’t come with long enough screws. When we contacted Amber wasn’t her problem she sent what she received. As you see I could go on and on. Glad the nightmare is over! Cabinets are nice but customer service horrible!

We had a fabulous experience working with Matt and Jenn on our kitchen remodel. They both took the time to listen to what we wanted, helped guide us to the right options for us, and were very communicative throughout the whole process. I'd highly recommend them.

Do not use this company. If I could give it zero stars I would. Matt and Jenn do not pay attention to details and are awful to work with, as well as very unprofessional. When a mistake that they made it pointed out, and there is email proof to show that they messed up, they answer by ignoring you and hanging up on your calls. When working on a new home build and making the biggest investment of your life, they instead are condescending and rude. I am so upset at how poorly they have treated us through this process. Please, use anyone else, they will take your money and think nothing of you in the process. We now have to live with cabinets that are not correct and have no other choice. This company is the worst I've worked with in the entire build process and I would never recommend anyone I know use them.

Do not use this company, especially Matt, who I believe somehow owns it or is related to the owner, which is the only way I would guess he could ever work in this industry. He is unprofessional and lacks attention to detail and will mess up your order. If mistakes are made, he does not accept them as his responsibility and instead will take it out on you. If he is paid, that's all he cares about. Use any other business in Lincoln, this one is not worth it.

It would not let me change the one star to none!Very disappointed with our cabinets. You are better off getting your cabinets from Menards or Home Depot. When we built our house they furnished both our bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and mud room with cabinets. ALL the cabinets are falling apart and it's been less than 6 years. As much money as we spent on these cabinets, we shouldn't have any issues. Way overpriced for such poor quality cabinets! ?

I was working with them on new cabinets for my new house, got everything like I wanted it and they shot me a price that seemed good. Went in to put half down so they would start on them. I went to start writing the check and they told me it was going to be something like $500 more than they're quote they gave me. Needless to say I didn't get my cabinets there and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
