I went to Bumper to Bumper because I needed my truck serviced and the place that I usually use, wasn't open and is very unreliable and unpredictable. Long story short, Bumper to Bumper was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Melvia helped me out and was extraordinary friendly and professional to say the least. My husband was charged with a DUI late September 2022. Although the DUI was not for alcohol, so that my husband could get his red license and get back and forth to work, we opted to have the breathalyzer device by Smart Lock installed by Bumper2BumperCustoms. These guys have been amazing with any questions... even with what seems to be the smallest questions they're very eager, knowledgeable & quick to answer for us along this journey. Thankfully, my husband was found not guilty of his DUI, and hopefully soon we will have this horrendous device uninstalled. To the guys at Bumper2BumperCustoms... y'all are amazing!!!Side note..... If my husband's ever ready to sell his truck, I'll definitely encourage him to come see you guys. Cuz I know there's one of y'all that really really wants his truck lol....Thanks again for all you do, your professionalism, your courteousness, knowledge & just all around being yourselves!!!
