Scammers, beware, if you leave anything in the unit, they will charge you 3 months plus ridiculous late fees. Even after you give your 30 day notice and call them 2 times when you get a notice about being late to tell them you are no longer renting. Zero stars.

Gud Hospitality n Neva had any problems with my storage,or even being late few times! I recommend thiz storage to anyone,plus gud çameras n security on site!!

At the precise moment I am homeless and I have to travel on a bike with a bike trailer carrying things for my children and I was stranded outside on the property and instead of her calling the cops on me and having me put off the premises I was able to rent a locker unit to put the things in that I need to travel back and forth everyday to see my daughter and doctors and stuff like that which was great she was very helpful very respectful and did not judge in any kind of way that is the most kind person that I've had help me instead of judging me or call the cops on me for being on the premises and homeless homeless and not even knowing my situation very friendly very helpful I recommend renting a unit here before any other place

Here is a prime example of why not every body has a card to pay.This has just happened to me and I’m straight up not happy. Due to the new MUST PAY WITH CARD CUZ WE NO LONGER TAKE CASH RULE.I go get a pre pay card so I can pay at on line and guess what??? Not even 30 minutes after I put the money on the card to pay storage IT GOT GACKED!!! Yup every penny stolen and is Cash app concerned?? Nope not 1 bit so I go and pawn sell what have ya to get storage money again to get another card YES WITH A DIFFERENT CARD COMPANY now hopefully I can pay my storage. Just a lil something to think about mr corporate. Thanks

Told staff to their face that I had cleared out and cleaned my unit. Sent an email well ahead of the end of the month but wasn't told until a month later that they had no record of it and would be charging me for the extra month as well. Was given no notice until the day before they would have also charged me a late fee for the extra month.
