I recently went to Brakes Plus as my car was making a terrible sound. They diagnosed the problem quickly, put on new rear brakes, and had me out of there in a very reasonable time at a very reasonable price. The employees were friendly, helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and I didn’t feel as if they were trying to upsell me anything. I would definitely go back, and would recommend Brakes Plus for anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. They fired the manager for no reason and it’s a very toxic environment. Do not recommend.

I came in to Brakes Plus after a tech at a dealership could not diagnose the reason my Jeep Rubicon was having issues with a burning smell and grabbing of the brakes on the front right side. They sent me home, saying I needed a new battery (over an hour away), which made the issue get worse and become dangerous.
Lee, at Brakes Plus quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me the condition of my brakes and rotor in pictures and helped me get a rental car and a ride over, as the parts needed for my Jeep were back ordered nationwide. All the guys in the shop were polite and helpful.

I usually don’t review 1 star for the company but this time it made me very upset. On the website, it said they have Labor Day deals which is get up to 50% off any oil chance, also my wife check with other location and they said 50% off as well. But when I made an appointment at 222 N 48th to do oil change for my vehicle. After it done, when I showed them a coupon to get 50% off and they said this one only for older vehicle, my vehicle is 2020 so this coupon is not validable. He also said other location is 50% off but this location is not. I don’t know if it true or not. But if it true, Brakes Plus company is make me very disappointed, and very confusing. Why different locations are have different rules, but it same company? Never seen that to other company. After having argument, then he gave me only $20 off due to Labor day. But this is really feel upset to me. VERY CONFUSING! this is probably my first and it also my last time I brought my vehicle to this place for maintenance.

Fantastic first visit to this location for AC recharge. In particular, Eddie and Devin. Work was done so quickly. I asked them to check another issue with wheel bearings. Highly recommend

I usually go to the Bellevue location but my teen daughter was in Lincoln and had to go there. Lee and the boys were outstanding. They knew who she was when she walked in, and really took care of her. Very impressed. I wouldn't go anywhere else...

Took our jeep to them to fix a brake issue. They spent time diagnosing the problem and tried to fix it. They were unable to fix the problem due to the system needing a part for the computer and returned the car without charging me since they could not resolve the issue. Great communication and honest.
