Heads up! Best Buy no longer has anyone at their stores that answer their phones. They outsourced it all out of country to Guatemala, Philippines maybe other locations. I do not do business with other countries call centers and will only spend my money locally. I was not able to get answers to my questions, I was told something different by the call center than I was told by the employee and the call center wanted more personal information from me than was needed and I would not provide more than my phone number. No longer shopping with them!

I received a fraudulent charge notification on my debit card. Cancelled my card. Found out it was Best Buy renewing my Gold membership from 2 years ago for $180 with out my consent. I spent 38 minutes on hold or dealing with people to get it cancelled. I would think you would be told this by the person selling you this. They must store you card information. BEWARE.

Don’t waste your time buying car audio here with free installation because they will not honor it. You will make an appointment to install and they won’t put it in the computer, so when you think you are scheduled you find out you have to reschedule for the next month! Don’t waste your time, and go through a reputable company! I wish I didn’t have to give it any stars because this has been an extremely frustrating situation.
